Prison Planet: Forever In The Stars Official Launch Party Announced for Friday, May 15th

The sentence begins Friday, May 15th.

We are officially launching Prison Planet: Forever In The Stars, and we are kicking it off with a full launch party for players, supporters, sci fi fans, indie game followers, and everyone who wants to be part of the first wave.

This is not just another game announcement. This is the beginning of the Prison Planet universe.

Prison Planet: Forever In The Stars drops players into a brutal alien prison world where survival is earned, not given. Convicts are launched from orbit, dropped into hostile terrain, and forced to fight, scavenge, escape, or dominate. Every match is meant to feel like chaos with purpose. Drop pods. Prison yards. Modular military compounds. Scout rovers. Gunfights in the dust. A world where no one is coming to save you.

You wake up on the planet.

You find a weapon.

You survive.

Or you become someone else’s loot.

What Is Prison Planet?

Prison Planet is a sci fi prison combat game set inside the larger Forever In The Stars universe.

The concept is simple and savage: prisoners are dropped from orbit onto a dangerous world filled with military compounds, hostile terrain, abandoned structures, armored vehicles, and other desperate players. The planet itself is the prison. The battlefield is the sentence.

The current game direction combines the energy of a battle royale, the grit of a prison colony, and the scale of a sci fi universe. Players will fight through modular prison blocks, military zones, open terrain, drop pod landing areas, and vehicle combat zones.

This is a game about movement, survival, gear, and moments that feel cinematic.

A squad ripping across the wasteland in a scout rover.

A prisoner sprinting through a modular cell block with one magazine left.

A drop pod slamming into the dirt as players race toward it.

A firefight breaking out under the shadow of a prison tower.

That is the feeling we are building.

The Launch Party

The official launch party takes place on:

Friday, May 15th

This is the first major public push for Prison Planet. We will be sharing the game, the art, the vision, the mechanics, and the next steps for the project. The goal is to bring early supporters together and start building the community around the world of Forever In The Stars.

This launch party is for everyone who wants to say they were there at the beginning.

Whether you are into indie games, sci fi shooters, battle royale mechanics, survival games, vehicle combat, worldbuilding, or just want to support something original, this is the time to jump in.

Why This Game Is Different

Prison Planet is not trying to feel generic.

The identity is clear:

Convicts dropped from orbit into a prison warzone.

That single idea drives the visual style, the mechanics, the world, and the tone.

Instead of polished soldiers in clean armor, the characters are prisoners. They are desperate, dangerous, and thrown into a system designed to break them. Instead of a standard military map, the world is built from prison compounds, drop pods, modular walls, industrial towers, hostile terrain, and brutal survival spaces.

The game is being built around strong readable mechanics:

Players use magazines, not just loose bullet counters.

Drop pods act as major world events.

Vehicles create squad chaos and high speed combat.

Prison compounds create cover, routes, and tactical danger.

The world is designed to feel harsh, open, and alive.

This is the foundation for something much bigger.

Forever In The Stars

Forever In The Stars is the broader universe.

Prison Planet is one battlefield inside that universe. It is the brutal first taste of a larger sci fi setting built around survival, power, territory, conflict, and human ambition among the stars.

The long term vision is to grow this into a world players can recognize, follow, and care about. Prison Planet is the beginning because it has the strongest immediate hook. It is violent, direct, visual, and easy to understand.
